- State Fair of Texas is now OPEN! The ride lists have been updated and try the Fried Cookie Dough and Fried Guacamole Bites .. they are excellent. Also, hit the new Capriolo (2Xtreme) and the Texas Skyway!

- The 2007 State Fair of Texas theme is "The Sky's The Limit!", in celebration of the new Doppelmayr "Texas Skyway" gondola ride being constructed currently for the 2007 State Fair of Texas.
