 - European Modernism with Art Deco. Another building erected for the 1936 Texas Centennial as a lounge.

 - Built by the Magnolia Petroleum Company (Mobil Oil / Exxon-Mobil) as a relaxation building where visitor's could sit and chat with friends while overlooking the civic and amusement areas. Featuring a large balcony and foyer, the building featured a small bar and seats. In 1947, local theater director Margo Jones obtained the theater to direct her plays. The plays are done "in-the-round", featured 100 seats and proved to be popular. From 1947-1955, 85 plays were produced.

 - After Margo Jones's death in 1955, the theater lived another 4 years and then closed. The building remained unused until 1987 when the building was used for the Fair Park Visitor's Center. The Visitor's Center lasted into the mid-1990's when the building was once again closed. The building since has fallen into a state of disrepair and was starting to show it's age. In summer of 2003, the City of Dallas started a much need renovation of the building with a completed date set for the start of the 2003 State Fair of Texas.
